Catery is a convenient online service for ordering food. We specialize in Catering for large groups of people for your event or any other occasion: workshops, business meetings, conferences, friday pizza, birthday parties. We offer Food from various cuisines at different price points for any type of event that you might have.
How does Catery work?
Choose Food from our selection of caterers, add desired menu items to your cart and place an order. Simple. We'll then contact your chosen caterer to confirm your order. We currently operate in London and we will spread to the UK's other major cities very soon
Do I have to pay more if I order through Catery?
Absolutely not! You'll always pay the same price, as if you ordered from the restaurant or a caterer itself. This is reflected in our on-site menus. If our price is higher for some reason, please let us know and we will refund the difference via a coupon for your next order.
How do I choose the perfect caterer for me?
Enter your address and use filters to narrow down the list of caterers to those that suits your needs. Choose your favorite cuisine, appropriate price level, catering type and else – we have many caterers to choose from.
What is your minimum order quantity?
Each of our Catering and Restaurant partners have their own minimum order quantity. You can find it on their specific pages alongside the rest of their information.
How long before my event should I place my order?
Totally up to you: a month, a week, or even 24 hours prior your event. Just enter the date of your event and see which caterers can fulfill your order in that time. Some caterers take orders even 4 hours prior to your event.
Can I change my order?
Each of our partners has their own cancellation period in which you are able to change or cancel your order free of charge. Be sure to let us know as soon as possible if you need to change something in your order, so we can do our best to help you.
How do I cancel my order? Is there a cancellation fee?
If you want to cancel your order, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or via the phone +44 20 3966 7637 and we will refund your money, if it’s within the free cancellation period. You can always use the built-in chat feature on any of our pages, just type in a message and be sure to provide your order number.
I did not get my order confirmation, what do I do?
Please check your e-mail ‘spam’ folder. In rare cases there could be a problem with e-mail delivery, please contact us to confirm your order in such cases.
I don’t know how much food I need for 20 (40, 200, etc.) people.
Menus on our web-site provide you with all the available information about the dishes. You can see approximate amount of people the dish is made for in the ‘pax’ section
Can I also order furniture rental, table setting, waiter services etc.?
Some Caterers and Restaurants provide full array of catering services (cooking on site, table setting, furniture rental, waiter services). You will find this information in the menu. Some caterers may provide such services for an extra fee, in such cases you will be able to add them to your order.
What if caterer is unable to deliver my order in time?
We hold our partners accountable to highest standards, especially when it comes to food quality and punctuality. If something went wrong with your delivery, please let us know and we will do our best to address the case appropriately.
How do I pay for my order?
You can pay online using a credit or debit card. We will be adding other payment methods very soon, such as paying an invoice and cash on delivery
